The foam density is spot on—firm enough to work oxidation off my boat’s gelcoat without leaving hazing behind. Finished the whole hood in about half the time my old pad took, and the gloss came back like a mirror.
My hood had swirls so bad the paint looked foggy in sunlight—this pad ate through them in two passes and left a mirror-clean reflection behind. The foam density feels just right, firm enough to cut but not so stiff it leaves haze.
Had a tough oxidized section on my silver car that two other pads couldn't touch, but this one cleared it up in one pass. It's aggressive enough to cut fast without leaving hazing behind, and the gloss came right back.
