Bought this to tackle some ground-in dirt on my car's floor mats, and the agitation from the polisher really pulled out grime I couldn't reach by hand. The bristles are stiff enough for carpets but didn't damage my upholstery at all. It made a tedious job feel almost effortless.
Works well enough for light stains on my car mats, but it felt like it needed more pressure for heavily embedded dirt. The bristles are decent, though I wish they were a bit stiffer. It’s an okay tool for the price.
