Clay Luber Synthetic Lubricant

I keep a spray bottle in the garage now, and one pass is enough to get the clay bar gliding smoothly over the hood without any stutter or drag. It’s nice not having to reapply every few panels like with my old detailing spray.

I’ve been using this lube with my synthetic mitt and it glides over the paint without any drag or sticking. The slick coating really helps avoid those tiny scratches, and a couple of sprays cover a whole panel. Feels like it actually protects the finish while I work.
